How does it work?
Each week we’ll post a new menu curated by Chef Adamo, focused on fresh, seasonal local ingredients. Order your meal plan by Wednesday evening. Chef Adamo makes all of your meals from scratch, tailored to your specific lifestyle, dietary needs and goals. Sunday you’ll get a delivery of fresh, local food made with care. Enjoy your meals as you please through Friday. Our One Week orders will auto renew Wednesday, so if you only need meals for one week be sure to pause it before then. We offer discounts for one and three month commitments which you can sign up for through our Sign Up page.
How do payments work?
For your convenience, One Week plan orders will auto renew every Wednesday. All payments are charged the Wednesday before delivery, however you can sign up any day of the week.
What about cancellations?
If you would like to end your order renewal, we recommend you cancel upon receiving your final order. Because of discounts associated with our One and Three Month commitments we do not offer cancellations until the end of your selected period. If you aren’t sure you want a full month plus of meals delivered, we suggest going with our Weekly option and pause it once you’ve received the last order you’d like, otherwise you will be charged for and receive a new order the following Sunday. You can pause, cancel or renew your order on the My Account page. All weekly and monthly plans will be automatically renewed at the end of their term and charged on a weekly basis.

What makes Whole Body Fuel different?
At Whole Body Fuel, we don’t look at food as a product, but as a mental, physical and spiritual experience. As chefs, gardeners and locals, we’re passionate about crafting a product we’re proud of–utilizing fresh, local ingredients and a playful exploration of the culinary world. We feel there is no sense delivering anything less.
Our Chef and Owner, Brian Adamo, is a graduate from the Culinary Institute of America in the Hudson Valley. When he’s not honing his craft in the kitchen, he’s training in Jiu Jitsu and working on his physical fitness. His mind is always focused on producing healthy, delicious and unique menus week after week.
We allow our customers the ability to eat healthy without sacrificing their standards of taste or aesthetics.

What is the sign-up process?
The sales consultant will gather basic information from you (name, email, phone number, address), determine your meal plans, discuss your dislikes and get your credit card information. If you are unsure about your order, the sales consultant can help you determine which plan and which meals are best for you. To get started; first you choose a meal package from one of our 4 options: The commuter, city, casual, or core package.
How soon can I start?
Place your order by close of business every Thursday to ensure your delivery for that coming Sunday.
Orders usually take a couple days to process, however the sales consultant will let you know the soonest you can start. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed. The order confirmation will confirm your start date and provide you with important information about your meal plan.
How does billing work?
Subscription meal plans are AUTO-RENEWED. All cards will be charged automatically every week. To cancel your subscription please log into the “my account” portion of our website Wholebodyfuel.com. and follow the onscreen prompts for cancellation.
What are the Payment Options?
We accept all major Credit Cards (or Debit Cards). We take Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. If you have a specific request for cash or check payment, you must discuss and coordinate advanced payment with a Whole Body Fuel representative or send an email to email@example.com. Payments must be received before your first delivery.

Where does Whole Body Fuel deliver?
Whole Body Fuel currently delivers to Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco and Polk County. If you are unsure if we deliver your area, please call us at 855.WBF.FOOD or email email@example.com
What time is the food delivered?
Currently, we deliver every Sunday Between 4:00AM and 12:00 PM. Meals should be refrigerated immediately until you are ready to enjoy. (Note: Cooler bags and ice packs only should be used a couple hours.)
Is there a charge for the cooler bags and ice packs?
Yes, there is an initial charge for the cooler bags and ice packs at 10.00 plus tax. It is the company policy that the cooler bags and ice packs must be left outside your front door the night before each delivery. If not returned after multiple admits, there will be a charge of $20 per missing bag.
What do I do with my empty cooler bag and ice pack?
On Saturday night make sure to put your empty cooler bag and ice packs out on your doorstep for our driver to pick up when he makes your next delivery.
What if my food is late?
Our deadline for food delivery is 7:00PM. We do our best to make this deadline however occasionally unforeseen situations arise (ex. bad weather or car trouble). If your food is late, please call 813.758.6648 and let us know. We can get an estimate for how long until the food arrives and possibly deliver to an alternate location.
Can you deliver at a specific time?
Unfortunately no. As we grow and add customers, our routes change and we may move people to different routes. As a result, the food’s arrival can’t be guaranteed for a specified time.
Can I receive a delivery if I live in a gated or guarded community?
Yes! The customer will need to provide a duplicate gate pass or security access code so that we can gain entry. If there is a security guard, please let them know to allow all deliveries from Whole Body Fuel.
What if I forget to leave the bag out?
If we do not get our cooler bags back we charge $20 per missing bag. We do not do this immediately. If you forget one night, we will make note that we are missing a bag from you and you can leave two bags out the following night. It will be noted that the cooler bag was retrieved. We will attempt to contact you to get the bag back before we charge for a missing bag.
What do I do if the meals in my bag aren’t correct?
This could either be a packaging error or your order could be incorrect in the system. Please call us 855.WBF.FOOD or email firstname.lastname@example.org
What are the different meal plan options?
We develop 7 new menu items every week. We modify these menu items to meet the criteria for our; Paleo, Vegetarian, Signature, and Traditional. All Plans contain approximately 3-6 oz of protein per containers, approximately 1 cup of vegetable and approximately 1 cup of carbohydrates.

How do I know which meal plan is right for me?
You can always call Whole Body Fuel at 855.WBF.FOOD and speak to a nutrition specialist or a sales representative to determine what plan is best for you.
What order should I eat my meals in?
Breakfast, obviously is the meal to enjoy first. The others can be enjoyed in any order. What we do recommend is that you eat every 3-4 hours. The idea is to never feel too full or too hungry. This is what optimizes your metabolic rate, which leads to burning fat.
Try plating our meals. We encourage family interaction and the best place to communicate is around the kitchen table!
What is your food allergy policy?
If your allergy is moderate to severe we cannot recommend Whole Body Fuel for you. We prepare our food in a facility that handles nuts, gluten, dairy, shellfish and other common food allergens. If you have a food allergy, please let us know at the time of your first order. Please call customer service 855.WBF.FOOD if you have any questions regarding your food allergy.
How do I set my dislikes preferences?
If you have any dislikes or food aversions. You can select (3) dislike items per meal plan. Just include them in our comment box, conveniently located upon online checkout.
How often do you change your menu?
Our epic culinary team changes the menu every 7 days!! You get 7 new menu items every 7 days.
How many days does the food last?
Our food is made fresh daily and is meant to be eaten on or by the consume by date indicated on our packaging.
Can I freeze my meals?
Our meals are intended to be eaten fresh. We do not recommend freezing our meals or consuming our meals past the days noted on the label.
What are the different meal packages you offer?
Signature Menu: Our Most Popular Menu!!! Every week Chef Adamo curates a new menu consisting of 7 new items! These menu items are crafted using the finest local, regional, and seasonal ingredients. Each menu item is well rounded and typically consists of healthy proteins, vegetables, and sauces.
The Paleo or Paleolithic style of eating brings us back to our roots as Hunters & Gatherers. This plan consists of lean proteins, very few complex carbohydrates, fruits, nuts, seeds and essential fatty acids such as: salmon, nuts, avocado, et al. Archeological and Anthropological data indicates that our ancestors were free of cancers, heart disease and autoimmune diseases mainly because of their diet. Our Paleo plan is free of legumes, grains, and dairy – all of which are the major differences between this and our Traditional Plan.
Gluten-Free: Menu items that are free of gluten. We carefully select ingredients free of gluten as well as sanitize our work spaces and our tools to ensure you receive a gluten free product. PLEASE NOTE* In our kitchen we USE PRODUCTS THAT CONTAIN GLUTEN. If you have a severe gluten allergen Whole Body Fuel may not be the right choice for you.
Vegetarian: Sourced from vegetables and protein sources of the highest quality. Most of our clients just want to eat healthier, without the worry of counting nutrition facts. We ensure a balanced, healthy diet that focuses on taste and freshness–and you won’t even need to go to the grocery store.
I am going on vacation, How do I pause my account?
You can skip your delivery days by visiting the “my account” portion of the site using your Whole Body Fuel customer ID and Password by Thursday morning at 9:00AM. All order submitted after 9:00 AM on Thursday will be prepared on the second Sunday from the previously mentioned day.
What is your cancellation policy?
All cancellations must be submitted via our website in the “my account” portion of the site using your Whole Body Fuel customer ID and Password by Thursday morning at 9:00AM. All order submitted after 9:00 AM on Thursday will be prepared on the second Sunday from the previously mentioned day. All sales are final there are no exceptions, refunds or transfers for all purchases.
How do I manage my subscriptions or billing information?
Log in into your account and click manage subscriptions, then you will find a billing information link on the left hand menu.
To edit either your card (payment method) or address click edit under the billing information box in the center of your screen.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to complete your change/request.
How do I change my meal type or product variant?
Log in into your account and click manage subscriptions.
Click Edit on the right hand side of your active subscription.
Click Change Product Variant.
- Select the variant you would like from the drop down, the first option being breakfast; yes no and the last option the type of meals you would like to receive.
Lastly click Save to confirm your selection.
